have you ever thought about the fact that practically every recipe you can find on the internet is infinitely more concerned with forcing you to read an apocryphon of ai generated eBile about whatever dish youre trying to make instead of just telling you how to fucking make it. wanting to know the time and temperature for making mozzerella sticks in the air fryer and bearing witness to a 944 word long article about it when it couldve just been a blank page that said "380f for 7 minutes" with a picture or two is probably what kickstarted my crusade against recipe websites that seem to have personal vendettas against making food.
